Places to Shop

Local traders have always been an important part of Harleston’s rich community life. Wednesday is still market day as it has been since 1259, with stalls in the Market Place and home-produced food available at the Harleston Country market at King George’s Hall from 9.30 to 11am.

Harleston is a vibrant, bustling market town due to its excellent array of independent speciality shops, mostly locally owned and run by people who are passionate about their products and service. Come and browse – you will be amazed at what you will find!
